Thank you for buying an online course with us. We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, Students who register for a training course
occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a
definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. Refunds for
online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
- If contents of the Online Course provided are not correct.
- If the course is not being accessed through Internet due to technical reason on
ThinkNEXT Server/Application Side for more than 7 days from the date of purchase..
- Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by cheque payment within 10 days after intimation by the customer..
